What is it?
SynXis Retailing allows hoteliers to deliver personalized experiences to their guests, improving guest engagement and increasing the total revenue per room. SynXis Retailing offerings can include policies, goods, services and experiences. Leveraging our machine-learning powered recommendation engine, guests will see the products they’re most likely to add to their reservation based on their search criteria.

With this evolution for packages, the hotelier has complete control over inventory, pricing, variations of a product, restrictions and more. - Contact your Sabre Account Manager for a commercial agreement.
- A Sabre representative will enable SynXis Retailing for your hotel(s).
- Create and manage products using the SynXis Retailing administration user interface. An Implementations Manager will guide you to the training and ensure you are set up in the appropriate environment for your situation.
- Retrieve an access token to authenticate your API requests.
- A Sabre representative will activate SynXis Retailing for your hotel(s).
- Shop for offers using the Summary API and Offer API.
- Create and modify orders using the Reservation APIs or Standalone Order API.
