- Fixed issue where length-of-stay was always treated as 1.
- Added arrival-date and departure-date as explicit parameters separate from start-date and end-date, and use arrival/departure dates in SBE redirect URL instead of start/end dates.
- Added documentation for sbe-redirect boolean and sbe-extra-params object allowing custom URL parameters to be added to the SBE redirect URL.
