Group Block Functionality: Allocated Rooms & Max Sell Limits (FEA89900)

This release introduces enhanced functionality to enforce room allocation limits for rate plans configured as "Use with Groups." The Groups Commit Minimum and Maximum Limits are now actively enforced, ensuring that the number of rooms allocated for each date within the shopped season meets or exceeds the configured minimum and does not exceed the configured maximum configured across all groups for a date.

The POST for Group Product Allocation, /admin/hotel/{id}/group{code}/allocation, is now enforcing the Groups Commit Min/Max Limit.
