Corrected YAML definitions (DE289033 & DE289104)

The following attributes were renamed: 

• channel to channelCode
• rateClass to rateClassCode

Also, these attributes previously has enumerations (enum) associated to them. Those enumerations have been removed as they did not represent the accurate list of possible values, and in the case of rateClassCode the possible values vary by channel.
