The ARI Sync- Availability (OTA) (OTA_HotelBookingRuleNotifRQ) is used to limit the availability for a hotel.

The ARI Sync - Hurdle (OTA) is used to set the status for an inventory block, a rate plan, or an inventory code.

The ARI Sync -  Inventory (OTA) is used to notify a booking source of the inventory amount available at a specific hotel property.

The ARI Sync-Rates (OTA) is used to provide a notification of a new rate plan created for a hotel, and to synchronize the rate plan between systems for booking.

The OTA_ProfileCreateRQ message is used to create a new Customer, Company, or Booker profiles or Commissionable accounts. The profiles can be created at a hotel or chain level and include an identifier to which system (CRS, PMS or CRM) the profile id is associated with.

The Delete Profile (OTA_Delete) is used to delete an existing customer, company or Booker profile type or commissionable account matching the specified identifier.

The Loyalty Enrollment(OTA_LoyaltyAccountCreateRQ) is used to allow SynXis to send enrollment information to a loyalty service provider to create a new account for one of its customers.

The Loyalty Points Redemption (OTA_LoyaltyCertificateRedemptionRQ)  is used to allow SynXis to communicate with a loyalty service provider to redeem certificates or points for their customers.

The Loyalty Point Retrieval(OTA_ReadRQ) is used to retrieve the Point Balance for a loyalty member.

The ReadProfile method is used to read one or more existing Customer, Company or Booker profile (Travel Arranger) types or Commissionable Accounts matching the specified search criteria.

Each reservation cancellation retrieved must be updated as a Success or Error in the SynXis CRS. The OTA_CancelRQ message is used to update only one retrieved reservation cancellation.

Each reservation modification retrieved must be updated as a Success or Error in the SynXis CRS. The OTA_HotelResModifyNotifRQ message is used to update one or more retrieved reservation modification and must include the SynXis CRS Confirmation Number.

Each new reservation retrieved must be updated as a Success or Error in the SynXis CR. The OTA_HotelResNotifRQ message is used to update one or more retrieved new reservations.

The OTA_HotelGetMsg is used to request reservations in the SynXis CRS and the response is used to return the pending reservations.

The OTA_Cancel message will be used to communicate the cancellation of reservation data from SynXis CRS to a hotel. Each reservation message will contain one reservation for a single hotel.

The OTA_HotelResModifyNotif message will be used to communicate modifications to reservation data from SynXis CRS to a hotel. Each reservation message will contain one reservation for a single hotel.

The OTA_HotelResNotifRQ message will be used to communicate reservation data from SynXis CRS to a hotel. Each reservation message will contain one reservation for a single hotel.

The Update Profile (OTA_ProfileModifyRQ) method modifies an existing Customer, Company or Booker profile type or Commissionable account.
